Are available on various days through out the week please contact our office for further information on our schedule.

The consultation fee is $100 plus tax. This will be deducted from the cost of your surgery. There is no charge to consult with our nurse specialist. If you would like an injection consultation,  there is no charge if booked with our nurse specialist Sharon Vandecasteyen. She has 30 years experience as a registered nurse, over 9 years experience working with Dr. Ward, and has her own loyal clientele of patients who see her regularly for their facial rejuvenation treatments.

Method of Payment
We accept cashiers check, bank draft, money order, cash or debit card. We do not accept personal checks. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We offer financing through Medicard ( 888-689-9876); Credit Medical (800-270-9290); and Travelers Medical Finance (877-621-8686).
