What is the Recovery Time?
Most male ear pinning patients only need oral medication to handle any discomfort and wear a gauze bandage for approximately a week to help the ears heal in their new, flat position. Patients can generally go back to work after a week, and it takes approximately 10 to 20 days for their ears to fully heal though a faint scar that will fade will be present behind the ear.
